How the scheme works
- We will arrange for two independent estate agents to value your property
- We will provide you with a recommended selling price for your property
- We will appoint an estate agent to sell your property
- The Estate Agents Fees of 1.75% (min £2500) plus VAT will be paid by Oakbridge Retirement Villages LLP.
- We will prepare the HIPS report (Home Information Pack) and EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) paid for by Oakbridge Retirement Villages LLP.
- Our Field Sales Manager will guide you and support you throughout the process, giving you updates from the Estate Agent
- You can move into your new home prior to selling your property (terms and conditions apply)
